A recent Rehearsal Dinner had a hoedown theme! From the bandana printed invites to the encouraged cowboy attire, the hoedown theme ran throughout the whole event. Bar-b-q, 'slaw, mac and cheese and peach cobbler were on the menu; while boot shaped mugs were used for beverages. Sheriff badges were handed out for guests to use as name tags. Favors consisted of western themed notepads and personalized cds made up of country songs. The RD was held on the lake and a tent was set up with heaters and sparkling lights. Hot cocoa was served for the youngsters and those needing a bit of warmth. Need a shot? No worries, cactus shaped shot glasses were on hand for those looking for a bit of Texas sized fun.
